The BCRC East District Garage is located at 1810 East 27th Street (Erwin Neering Drive), Bay City, MI 48708. This district is responsible for the maintenance activities in Frankenlust, Hampton, Merritt, and Portsmouth Townships. The district crew performs all road maintenance as described elsewhere.
