General Responsibilities - As General Superintendent,
Randy is responsible for overseeing all
road maintenance activities, equipment maintenance,
garage operations and buildings and grounds
upkeep. Randy prepares the capital outlay
budget and equipment specifications. In
addition he supervises all purchases, the
three district foremen and the garage foreman.
